BASIC QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in a subject in a related field
  • Full teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS or equivalent)
  • Fluent written and spoken English

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years’ subject teaching experience in high-performing schools
  • Proven record of raising pupil English attainment and outcomes through strategic leadership and targeted interventions.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to transform insights into practical improvement strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in monitoring teaching quality and supporting staff development.
  • In-depth knowledge of the English National Curriculum for primary education.
