RESPONSIBILITIES


HR SOP & Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies and local labour laws.
  • Regularly review and update processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

 

System Optimisation & Digitalisation

  • Oversee HRIS (Human Resource Information System) functionality and drive enhancements to improve user experience and reporting capabilities.
  • Lead HR digitalisation and automation projects to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks.

 

Data Analysis & HR Reporting

  • Compile, analyse, and present HR metrics and workforce data to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR platforms.

 

HR Projects

  • Plan and execute HR projects related to process improvement, technology adoption, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project rollouts.

 

Employee Services

  • Manage staff accommodation arrangements, including allocation, maintenance coordination, and policy compliance.
  • Organise and oversee staff events to promote engagement and culture.

 

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new hires to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Manage offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and clearance processes.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of HR operations experience in international companies, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, data analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Experience in process improvement, digitalisation, and automation projects.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Fluent in English

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of HR to implement the organisation’s learning and development strategy and annual training plan.
  • Conduct training needs analysis using stakeholder input, performance data, competency frameworks, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate end-to-end training delivery (internal and external), including scheduling, participant nominations, communications, venues/virtual platforms, materials, and attendance tracking.
  • Facilitate learning sessions where required (e.g., onboarding, CPD) and support internal & external trainers/SMEs with facilitation resources.
  • Develop, update, and maintain learning content and resources (training manuals, facilitator guides, eLearning, assessments, and evaluation tools).
  • Maintain L&D SOPs, templates, and documentation to ensure consistent training administration and delivery standards.
  • Administer the Performance and Learning systems, and records: course set-up, enrolments, completions, reporting, data integrity, and user support.
  • Monitor and report training metrics (attendance, completion rates, costs, evaluation results, and compliance status) and provide insights/recommendations for improvement.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness (reaction/learning/behaviour results) and drive continuous improvement based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Coordinate training vendors and external providers: sourcing, quotations, approvals, scheduling, quality checks, and invoice processing support.
  • Support onboarding, probation learning pathways, and annual performance appraisal ensuring employees complete required inductions, training, and appraisal.
  • Partner with managers/HR to support employee development initiatives (PDPs, coaching/mentoring programs, career pathways, succession support where applicable).
  • Support organisational HR projects (including digitalisation/automation) that impact learning, onboarding, and capability development.
  • Ensure all learning activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and confidentiality/data privacy standards.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives linked to learning (learning campaigns, knowledge-sharing sessions, internal communications).
  • Manage training budgets and cost tracking (where assigned), ensuring cost-effective delivery and accurate reporting.

 

Other responsibilities

  • Organize staff events/parties for whole school events, such as Christmas party, CNY party.
  • Other staff welfare related activities to support wellbeing and celebrations.
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors and partners for event planning and execution.  
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned in support of HR team.
